The Inventory

  1. Inspection

    An initial and comprehensive inspection of the property is usually carried out in the week prior to let.
  2. Report

    A high quality document is then produced with all rooms, exterior areas and contents listed and described.
  3. Inventory

    The first section of your Inventory will include the exteriors, gardens, garage and any outbuildings, satellite fixtures.
  4. Keys

    We will then list and tag all of the property keys.
  5. Readings

    We will find and record the Electric, Gas and Water readings where required.
  6. Specifications

    The main body of the Inventory will contain the room descriptions.

    All rooms will be described regardless of their size (including cellars) and all decor, furniture, contents and condition will be reported in full In addition to the individual rooms, all kitchen appliances, chrome fittings, sanitary ware to bathrooms and en-suites are fully described.
  7. Photography

    Comprehensive and high quality photographs are taken throughout.

    Two photographs will be taken of each individual room with extra photos being taken where necessary.

    Several photographs are taken of the garden areas to ensure maximum coverage of the area.
